Terms of Use

1. About HUDSUPP and these Terms

HUDSUPP is a desktop app (the "HUD") and website (hudsupp.com) run by Dafter Punk Technologies, [entity type], [registered address] ("HUDSUPP", "we", "us"). The HUD sits beside your music software and shows step-by-step guides called Blueprints, created by independent creators, so you can learn while you make music.

By creating an account or using HUDSUPP, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use HUDSUPP. Creators also agree to the Creator Terms. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no physical signature.

2. Who can use HUDSUPP

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. HUDSUPP is not meant for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may close it and delete its data.

3. Your account

• You can sign up with your name and email, or with Google. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.

• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@hudsupp.com if you think someone else has used it.

• One account per person. Do not share your account or the paid access attached to it.

• Every account starts as a learner account. Anyone can create private Blueprints for personal use. Only creators approved by us can publish and sell Blueprints. We decide who is approved and can withdraw approval.

• Your first and last name are collected at sign-up. Creators whose Blueprints you use see only your first name and last initial. We do not share your email, phone number or other contact details with creators.

4. Using the HUD and Blueprints

• The HUD runs beside your DAW. It does not connect to, control or change your DAW or your projects.

• Free Blueprints are open to everyone. Paid Blueprints show some steps for free and unlock fully when you buy access.

• When you buy access, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those Blueprints for your own learning and music making. Music you make while following a Blueprint belongs to you.

• You may not copy, resell, share, screen-record for distribution, scrape or republish Blueprints, or use them to train other software or AI products.

• You may not reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse the HUD or the website.

• We may update, change or pause features, including the HUD, at any time. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect something you have paid for.

5. Buying on HUDSUPP

What you can buy

• Creator Pass (not available, one-time): unlocks all of one creator's paid Blueprints, including new ones they publish later. You keep this access permanently, subject to these Terms.

• 1:1 personal Blueprint pass (not available): a package agreed between you and one creator. Scope (what is included, how many Blueprints, the time frame) is agreed in a message thread and written on an offer card. The price is fixed. You can pay only after the creator sends the offer, and the offer is locked once you pay.

All purchases are in Indian rupees. Prices on the checkout page are the final amount payable. HUDSUPP is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added. If this changes, we will tell you at checkout. Purchases are made on the website only, not inside the HUD.

Paying

• Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards or netbanking. We do not store your card details.

• UPI payments can stay pending for a while. If so, you will see a pending message and access unlocks automatically once the payment is confirmed. If money is debited but access does not unlock, write to support@hudsupp.com with your payment reference.

• You will receive an invoice by email for each purchase and can download it from your account.

• You are buying from HUDSUPP. Your payment is made to HUDSUPP, and HUDSUPP pays the creator their share under the Creator Terms. You never need to pay a creator directly.

Refunds

• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. For a 1:1 package, the full refund applies if the creator has not yet delivered any private Blueprint to you. If one has been delivered, the refund amount is decided under section 8. Write to support@hudsupp.com from your account email with your order details.

• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. [Add the usual time your gateway takes, in working days.]

• Once refunded, the access you bought ends.

• After 7 days, purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires it or we agree to it in a 1:1 dispute (see section 8).

6. Creators and Blueprints

• Creators are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of HUDSUPP. Creators license their Blueprints to HUDSUPP, and HUDSUPP sells learners access to them.

• A creator earns a share of each sale: the price excluding any GST, less HUDSUPP's commission and payment gateway fees, paid after a hold period. The commission, hold period and payout rules are in the Creator Terms. We may change the commission rate for future sales, and will tell creators before the change takes effect.

• Ownership. Creators keep ownership of the Blueprints they create. By publishing on HUDSUPP, a creator gives us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, promote, and deliver those Blueprints through HUDSUPP, and to keep delivering them to learners who have already bought access, even if the creator later removes the Blueprint or leaves HUDSUPP.

• No selling elsewhere. A creator may not sell a paid Blueprint listed on HUDSUPP on any other platform. Creators are free to publish or share the same Blueprint elsewhere, for example for free.

• Your private Blueprints. You own Blueprints you create for yourself. You give us a licence to store and display them to you. You may not publish or sell them on HUDSUPP.

• A learner's 1:1 Blueprints are delivered only to that learner and are for that learner's personal use.

7. Content rules and copyright

When you create or upload anything to HUDSUPP (text, images, audio previews, messages), you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it. In particular:

• Do not upload or include copyrighted material you have no right to use. This covers other people's music, samples, stems, presets, plugin files, paid course content, and screenshots or text copied from someone else's work.

• Audio previews must be your own work, or material you are free to use.

• Do not upload anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that invades someone's privacy.

• Do not post malware, spam, or anything that disrupts the service.

• Do not use HUDSUPP to harass others or to move payments for an agreed 1:1 package outside HUDSUPP.

Reporting and takedown. If you believe content on HUDSUPP infringes your rights, email support@hudsupp.com with your contact details, a description of the work, where to find the infringing content on HUDSUPP, and a statement that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them. We may remove content while we review a report. We may suspend or close accounts of people who repeatedly infringe rights or break these rules.

8. 1:1 packages and disputes

• Keep your 1:1 agreement on HUDSUPP. The offer card records what was agreed: what is included, how many Blueprints, and the time frame. Once you pay, it is locked with a timestamp.

• Messages and Blueprints exchanged in a 1:1 thread are stored by HUDSUPP. Our team may read a thread to resolve a dispute (see the Privacy Policy). We remind you not to share phone numbers or emails in messages.

• If something goes wrong (for example, fewer Blueprints than agreed, or delivery after the agreed time): first, tell the creator in the thread and say what is missing. The creator then has 7 days to fix it.

• If it is not fixed, email support@hudsupp.com. We will review the locked offer card and the thread and decide whether to give a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund. Our decision is final within HUDSUPP, but it does not limit your legal rights.

• While a dispute is open, we may hold the creator's payout for that order.

• The 7-day refund rule in section 5 applies to 1:1 packages as described there.

9. Our role and liability

• HUDSUPP sells access to Blueprints written by independent creators. Blueprints are educational guidance. We do not promise any particular result, skill level or musical outcome, and we do not verify every creator's claims.

• HUDSUPP and the HUD are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free.

• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to HUDSUPP is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase that the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income or lost music projects. Back up your projects yourself.

• Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

10. Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using HUDSUPP and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend or close an account if you break these Terms, misuse the platform, or we are required to by law. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund purchases that are still within the 7-day window.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app. If you keep using HUDSUPP after the changes take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using HUDSUPP and you can delete your account.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city, state] have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer law to file a complaint elsewhere.
